Oaks Civil Construction (‘Oaks’) is a 100% Aboriginal owned and operated civil construction, traffic management and workforce solutions business, founded by Jarrad Oakley Nicholls in 2019. Oaks commenced in Geraldton, within the Midwest Gascoyne region of WA and quickly expanded to service delivery across the Perth Metropolitan area as well.

Oaks formed through the acquisition of assets of an established traffic management business in Geraldton and commenced trading on the 27^{th of} January 2020. Since opening, Oaks has grown significantly; we have established our new branch in Perth, added a new fleet and grown our workforce to over 80 employees.

Oaks has proudly grown to become a preferred supplier of traffic management services through our high-quality services, integrity across the business, attention to safety and value of our people and community. As a new business, Oaks has been privileged to deliver traffic management services on large road infrastructure and civil construction projects, for some of the best leading contractors in Western Australia.

Our customer relationships are built on the foundations of quality service; building trust and confidence in Oaks to meet and exceed our client’s needs. From this, we have been successful in growing Oak’s brand and reputation across the industry, enabling Oaks to create more meaningful employment opportunities for aboriginal people and return this success to the community.
